This privacy policy explains how LeadVaani handles account information, business knowledge, and website chat data. Read it before uploading content or collecting enquiries from your customers.

Information collected

We store account details, business knowledge, chat messages, and contact information visitors choose to share. Anonymous chat visitor identifiers identify sessions. Campaign and referrer tracking is disabled unless the business enables it.

AI processing

Relevant business information and recent conversation messages are sent to DeepSeek to generate responses. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential documents without authorization.

Retention & deletion

Businesses control conversation retention from their AI behavior settings and can delete leads or conversations in their workspace. Contact the business you chatted with to request removal of your data. For account-related requests, contact the platform operator through their published support channel.

GDPR and international processing

If GDPR applies to your use of the service, determine the appropriate legal basis, notices, controller and processor roles, and contractual requirements. International transfers may require safeguards. This page does not confirm a signed data processing agreement, approved transfer mechanism, EU data residency, or GDPR certification. Ask the provider to confirm the arrangements needed for your use case before processing regulated information.

Confirm required notices, consent or other permitted processing, grievance handling, security measures, and any child-data requirements for your specific service. An optional analytics consent button alone does not establish compliance for all processing.

Browser storage

The widget uses session storage to retain a visitor identifier and chat session token while the browser tab remains open. No advertising cookies are installed by this application.
