What a credible case study should show
A useful study states which business agreed to share its experience, what the chatbot was asked to do, and the period measured. It distinguishes visits, conversations, enquiries, qualified leads, and sales. These are different events; combining them can exaggerate a result.
Consent-based visitor analytics should state its limitations. Visitors declining tracking or blocking requests are absent from reports, and unknown locations cannot be assigned a city. A business should explain the measurement method before publishing a conversion figure.
How to evaluate your own trial
Choose a narrow objective, such as answering service questions and collecting a contact request. Record which questions received a useful reply, information missing from knowledge, and whether your team could act on saved enquiries. Use your own test contact details.
Compare the assistant with your existing enquiry process over a suitable period. Consider changes in traffic quality, campaigns, and staff follow-up before attributing a difference to the widget. Do not promise a conversion lift from a screenshot or a small number of conversations.
Submitting an authorised story
Contact Digi Digital Solution to discuss a case study. The provider must confirm permission to name the business and use quotes, logos, screenshots, or performance data. A private enquiry does not itself authorise a public testimonial.
Until that evidence exists, this site does not add Review or AggregateRating schema. The demo remains a product trial. We aim to publish measurement methods and real results together rather than invent endorsements.
