Begin with your business knowledge
Import website pages or add documents, FAQs, services, and policies you are authorised to use. Your assistant uses that knowledge to answer customer questions. A clean source is more useful than a large collection of outdated pages: remove conflicting prices and state the conditions that change an answer.
Use the dashboard tester before the widget goes live. Ask a straightforward question, a follow-up, and something outside your services. Correct the knowledge when the answer misses a detail. AI replies can be wrong, so keep a human contact option available for decisions that need judgement.
Collect enquiries with context
Visitors can share contact details and their requirements from the chat. Your team can review the lead alongside the conversation instead of starting again with a generic enquiry. Lead scores help prioritise follow-up; they are a configured signal, not proof that a visitor will buy.
Appointment controls collect requests your team reviews and confirms. They do not guarantee a calendar slot. Human replies are available from the dashboard when an automated answer is insufficient. Decide who reviews requests and make your contact information easy to recognise.
Make the widget fit your website
Choose the greeting, colours, placement, and available contact options in the dashboard. Approve the exact website hostnames where the snippet will run. Installation does not expose your provider API key in the website embed. Check mobile pages, sticky menus, and checkout controls before sharing the widget widely.
A WhatsApp contact link can open WhatsApp for the visitor. Native WhatsApp messaging automation is not implemented by this website widget. Similarly, signed webhook delivery can support a developer-managed connection, but it is not a promise of a native connector for every external CRM.
Measure what you can act on
Review conversations, usage, and lead outcomes from the dashboard. Optional visitor analytics can show broad device and location groupings when a visitor consents and reliable location data is available. Unknown locations remain Unknown; the application does not invent a city from a browser profile.
Look at unanswered questions and the quality of enquiries as well as volume. A report with zero visitors may reflect denied consent, browser privacy settings, or an installation issue. Consent-based reporting should not be treated as a complete count of all website traffic.
AI Lead Generation Chatbot
A lead generation chatbot answers a visitor question, identifies a useful next step, and lets the visitor share contact details. LeadVaani keeps the enquiry and conversation in your workspace so your team can follow up with context.
Read the guideLead Qualification Chatbot and Scoring
LeadVaani helps collect enquiry details and prioritise leads with configured scores. Qualification should clarify whether your team can help and what to do next; it is not an automatic guarantee of purchase intent.
Read the guideAppointment Request Chatbot for Business
LeadVaani collects appointment requests in website chat. Visitors can share their preferred timing and contact details, while your business reviews and confirms the appointment. A request is not an automatically reserved calendar slot.
Read the guideLive Chat Handoff and Human Replies
Your team can review LeadVaani conversations and reply from the dashboard when a visitor needs a person. The process depends on staff attention and configuration; an AI offer of help is not proof that an agent has joined immediately.

LeadVaani generates website chat replies from supplied business information and recent conversation context. It can answer outside office hours while service access and usage are available, with a human route for questions it cannot confirm.

LeadVaani can answer routine website support questions using your business policies and let your team continue conversations that need review. It supports a first-response workflow, not a guaranteed resolution of every customer issue.

LeadVaani helps visitors understand your supplied services and products, ask follow-up questions, and choose whether to contact your team. It supports the first sales conversation without promising a closed deal or an unapproved quote.
Read the guideWhatsApp Contact Links for Website Chat
LeadVaani is a website chatbot that can display a configured WhatsApp contact link. That link opens WhatsApp for the visitor. Native WhatsApp messaging automation, conversation synchronisation, and outbound campaigns are not implemented in the current widget.

LeadVaani provides conversation and usage information plus optional visitor analytics. Visitor reports can show visits, engagement, lead conversion, and broad geography for opted-in traffic. They do not represent every website visitor or automatically prove a sales result.
