YOUR BUSINESS. USEFUL CONVERSATIONS.

Train a Chatbot on Your Website

Website training starts with choosing trustworthy, current source information. More pages do not necessarily produce a better answer if they contain old offers, conflicting policies or material unrelated to the customer task.

Follow the setup checklist

  • Choose current service, product, FAQ and policy sources.
  • Remove private information and expired offers.
  • Import or add the approved knowledge through the available workspace controls.
  • Ask representative short and detailed questions.
  • Check unsupported questions and contradictory wording.
  • Repeat the checks after source changes.

Check the actual result

An answer citing the general offer is not permission to invent a specific quote. Test dates, prices, location and important exclusions. Keep a named reviewer responsible for changes to the source knowledge.

Run a supported answer, an unsupported request and an optional contact submission. Review the answer wording and resulting record. A requested appointment needs staff confirmation; a separate channel link does not prove an integration.

Keep the next customer step available

If the assistant is unavailable, visitors should still be able to use the existing form, phone or email route. Record the specific error and the page affected without exposing account credentials. Ask the responsible website administrator to review security-policy and script-placement issues.

After a change, verify the published page rather than relying on the editor state. Keep current knowledge and the correct business snippet together so a copied test placement does not accidentally serve the wrong workspace.

Should I test before publishing?+

What if the editor and public site differ?+

Check the published destination, account permissions, cache and exact hostname.

Who can help?+
